Today, I’m going to do a quick throwback to that one time menstrual cramps almost killed me. I’m not exaggerating, guys. The pain was ex-cru-ci-a-ting!
February really should be about love 💕, I know but seriously guys, my head is pounding. I am so tired, confused and frustrated. I know I really shouldn’t be feeling this way. I mean, I have often heard that on the journey to finding God’s purpose for your life and doing what He wants you to do, the only way you should feel is fulfilled. So, when this hasn’t been the case for me, I knew that something was wrong.
Welcome to 2017. The story times series is a new feature on the blog and it will be running all through the year, every Wednesday by 4pm. As the name implies, here, I’ll simply be sharing life stories with you and lessons that can be drawn from them.
This is not a book review. Sometime in the past week, I got to read Toke Makinwa’s new memoir and even though the author had not set out to teach these particular lessons, I picked a couple of things I thought were worth sharing with you. Here goes:
Maybe I am being too quick to write this post. I say that partly because I am still in the process of learning more about it myself, but nah. I have to share the things I’ve learnt so far with you guys.
